When Absenteeism guidance?

If employers report (too) high Lost Workday Injury and Illness rates, the appointment of an absenteeism manager for one or several daily periods a week may lead to a proactive, structural approach. The absenteeism manager coordinates and is able to ensure rehabilitation both inside and outside the company. This also allows regular consultation with P&O, the company doctor and management.

In addition, counselling and coaching will be given to executive staff and employees. Executive staff can learn how to conduct conversations on absenteeism, by means of customized workshops.

Aside from being able to give advice on reintegration, the absenteeism manager can also implement reintegration inside or outside the organisation.
